About the Role

As a Tech Support Specialist at Ferroamp, you will work on advanced technical problem-solving in close collaboration with colleagues from various departments within the company as well as with external partners, such as installers, charging station companies, and battery suppliers. The role is clearly focused on 2nd and 3rd line support where you handle complex cases, analyze system behaviors, and contribute to long-term improvements of our products and processes.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, becoming an important part of ensuring that our customers receive stable and well-functioning energy systems.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

What Can You Do?

You have experience in technical problem-solving and a background in electrical installation, power engineering, energy, or a related technical field. Experience from fieldwork as an electrician, working with installers, or customer-facing technical roles is advantageous, as is an understanding of the customer’s business and commercial conditions.

Experience with solar panels, battery storage, inverters, or cloud-based monitoring systems is a plus but not a requirement. Familiarity with working in Linux-based environments and experience with service portals for remote diagnostics and log file analysis is also advantageous.
